1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Forto app or website, you accept these Terms of Service and the linked Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Forto is a fitness tracking application with an AI coaching feature, provided by Florian Bellotti (auto-entrepreneur) under the brand Forto. Distributed exclusively via the Apple App Store.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 17 years old to use Forto.
- You must be in good health, or have consulted a qualified healthcare professional before starting any training program suggested by the app.
4. Account
- Sign in with Apple is required to use most Forto features.
- You are responsible for the security of your Apple ID.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app. Deletion removes all your data from our backend within 30 days.
5. Subscription & billing
- Tracking and basic routines: free forever.
- The AI Coach feature: monthly subscription billed by Apple through StoreKit.
- A 14-day free trial is offered on first subscription. The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled exclusively through Apple's policies.
6. Acceptable use
- Forto is for personal, non-commercial use.
- You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our backend services.
- You agree not to use Forto for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes.
7. Medical disclaimer
Forto is not medical advice. The AI Coach is not a doctor, physical therapist, or licensed trainer. All suggestions, programs, and explanations are informational only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for any pain, injury, or pre-existing condition. We are not liable for injuries resulting from following AI-generated suggestions.
8. Intellectual property
- The Forto name, branding, source code, design, and editorial content are the property of Florian Bellotti.
- You retain full ownership of your training data.
9. Limitation of liability & changes
- The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
- We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app.
- These Terms are governed by French law.
